Running Camp
Rock Lake offers a Running camp for students in 5th-8th grade. Running is aerobic if you're keeping your pace and energy expenditure fairly consistent. If you are into distance running and endurance training. This camp is a perfect opportunity to learn how to properly build your skills so you will be ready to run the race in a space where you can also build your faith and friendships that will last a lifetime!

Deans' Bio: Natalie Lemert
Natalie is excited to serve as dean of this week. She has been going to RLCA her whole life and served as junior faculty as soon as she could at Young Women's week. Natalie lives in the Alma area with her parents and two younger sisters. She is an active member of her church and youth group. Natalie has also volunteered at middle school Youth For Christ. As far as running Natalie ran cross country and track throughout middle and high school. She is currently running cross country at Mid Michigan College. Natalie can’t wait to see what this week will bring and is excited to help children grow in their faith and running abilities.

Super Deans' Bio: Heather Harrison

Heather is a wife, mother, and faithful servant of the Father who has spent over 10 years investing in student ministry at Rock Lake and her home church in South Lansing. Married to Blake since 2016, they are raising their two kids, Owen and Ellyana, while living and serving as a family at the camp.
Heather previously served as the dean of the 2nd–3rd grade program but stepped away last summer to welcome a her new baby. She has also served on faculty and leadership for both High School weeks. This year, she’s stepping back into a dean role for Activities Week, using her gifts of administration and her heart for the next generation to help create a meaningful, faith-filled camp experience.
She is excited for another opportunity to invest in campers and walk alongside them as they grow in their faith.
