Dean's Bio: Mark Walter

Mark and his wife (Deana) have been married for 19 years and have been blessed with 4 amazing kids (Cameron, Melanie, Aliyah, Hailey).  Mark has been in ministry full time since 2007 and was part time for 3 years prior. Mark spent many years helping lead weeks of camp at Lake James Christian Assembly as he began his ministry. Since moving to Owosso, Michigan, Mark has become invested with Rock Lake serving as dean for our 5th-7th Grade Camp!  Mark has served as Associate Minister of Youth and Music at First Church of Christ in Owosso for the past 8 years. "In that time," Mark says, "my children have gone to camp at Rock Lake each year.  THEY LOVE IT!!!!  I love having first-hand view of how awesome this camp is each summer!  I am so thankful to be involved in a place that teaches Jesus to our children!" Mark does a great job working with his team to connect and minister to students while having a ton of fun!
